omgomgomg, i'm back, from the Youth Leadership Camp organised by Ngee Ann Polytechnic and, IT RAWKS! seriously, i didn't exaggerate AT ALL! :D I'm glad tht i didn't didn't go!! :D and let me tell you, thr got alotalotalot of CHIOBUS! but thr ain't many shuaiges )': butbut, th SLs thr are quite shuai! :D GAWDS, i'm going bubugagas over guys AGAIN! :x

DAY ONE,I met up with ahyan and huiying at Bukit Gombak station. I'm late as usual while huiern just woke up, so we met her in school. Then when we're going to school, we saw this LARGE poster hanging and it shows the Performing Arts' acheivements and guess what? Huiern's face is on it! BIGBIGBIGBIGBIG de! :D muahaha, had a good time lafing at it :x

Then, we went to the vegetarian stall and ate our lunch before huiern arrived. Very Nice! :D heee, then aft tht the ppl frm th Ngee Ann Poly came and briefed us on our rooms and stuff before we went to the foyer to assemble. ohyea, we also had a card which indicate our names, groups and room number on it. All the CO girls (Me, Huiying, Yanyan, Paulina, Yeeteng, Sinyee & YanYing) are in the same room & tribe except Huiern. I'm from VIKINGS! :D

There's two bus & i boarded the first bus, while the second bus only have 5 people. tht's damn little ppl lahhh! However, after that the bus went to Bukit View secondary to fetch about 7 more people, before setting off to Ngee Ann.

The bus turn here & there, then turn into some terraces estate in Bukit timah. We thought took the wrong route. BUT, it's correct. We reached the student apartment, which is TheLoft@94 (:

That place is truly shiok lahh. It's like a 5-star hotel can?! And all th furnitures thr are from IKEA! andand we are even allowed to blast all the air-cons thr (because th rooms thr are FULLY EQUIPPED with aircons!! Our apartment is on the highest floor which is the 11 storey. The apartment have really COOL gadgets that requires us to key in code in order to have access to the apartments. (: & thr's a living, kitchen, 3 rooms & 2 toilet. It's really very nicely decorated. Stylish & full of energy. Looks really like a HDB flat, & it's so much nicer than my own home. FREE SNACKS ARE ALSO PROVIDED! :D

After putting down our things we reported back to the lobby whereby we took bus to Ngee Ann Polytechnic. Once we reach there, we went to their convention centre for tea buffet. There's some bread, cakes & so on, but i didn't really ate it. So i just went to take drinks for us and *ahemsahems* toked to me! But i HAD TO ignore him :x Thr's a small group of people from Clementi Town Secodary School and yea, they are damn ENTHU! They shoued their cheers ever so loudly and attracted alotalot of attention. Then, the prefects shouted the swiss cheer, but i think all of us wasn't very enthusiastic yet. So, it turned out to be a failure. ): boohoooos, but ohwell, we still had fun! :D

After eating, the workshop started. But we were quite lost and we're not sure whr VIKINGS should be sitting and we finally found it, but its all fulll ): Hence, we grabbed chairs for neigbouring tribe. HAHA, then th other tribe th ppl don't have seats :x The emcees are entertaining & keep making us laugh. Then, the person who conducted the workshop is Candice AKA AHLIAN. Wow she's crazy, amusing, humourous, entertaining etcetc... She's th best trainer I ever had lahh! We keep laughing throughout the workshop. It's not boring at all. I LEARNT ALOTALOTALOT OF THINGS! We also had point system to motivate us in winning. And we tried cheering but VIKINGS's the most not enthu de ):

ohyeahhh, then we got a chance to find out which elements we really are and I'm FIRE! :D followed by water, air and earth. wooohooooos! damn happy and the ribbon for FIRE is NICE! cos it's RED! then we broke up into groups of our own elements and conducted a presentation which is about the way to communicate with ppl from other groups. But we didn't get to present due to time constraints ): but ohwell, I've learnt alot, other than our own elements. (lazy to type them all out :x)

after that, it's DINNER TIME!!!! AND GUESS WHT?! WE HAD PIZZA HUT!!! Everybody got a box which contain 2 slices of hawaii pizza & 2 wings. (: But i gave away the wings as i preferred drumsticks :x Not to forget, CHEEEEEEEEEESE!♥

Then JEFF TAN JACK FOO AKA JACKFRUIT/TOFU came and taught us some formula to success and then briefed us on the Treasure hunt. The clues are easy, but ): We fared badly due to the fact that we ran across the roads despite th fact tht Raine did call us to watch out for our safety. Although we emerge as 2nd position, but Raine said that we only deserve 5/6th position. ): We did some reflection & i found out that what she said is really true. Winning is not the most important thing, but safety is. Nevermind, at least we learnt our lesson as a team! :D andand, DAVIS IS SO DAMN CUTE!♥

Walked back to theLoft@94. It's actually quite a short walk because the student apartment & NgeeAnn Poly is just separated by a expressway. We just need to cross a overhead bridge, which I'm really afraid of, we will reach there. We are also not supposed to make any noise because the lecturers are living there. While we're walking back, we saw a girl watching us from the window and she was standing on the window ledge w/ any grills!! It's really scary, & the stupid maid/mother just stand beside her and laugh. -.-HELLOOOOO? is she even crazy?! We were all like what the hell lahhh?!!!! Its so dangerous lahhh! What if she really falls? CHOYYYY! :x

And i had this CRAZY idea of challenging ourselves vertically by climbing the stairs up to the 11th storey. It's tiring, yet fun. At least i got to work out my muscles mahh.(: I'm loving it!♥ YAY! and we reached first so i quickly go and bathe. We were almost late to report to tribe room. Luckily the tribe room is just at the 10th storey. :/

Went to tribe room, a room whereby everyone in the tribe gathers. So we sat down on the floor and had our supper which is Old Chang Kee currypuffs, while listening to the SLs cheer. (wahsehh, reallyy will get FAT de!) After the eating, we had to learn our cheers. We are not supposed to cheer too loudly because we'll get complaints from the lecturers who are sleeping. So, we can only cheer softly. The cheers they taught us are interesting lohh, I never heard them before.

After the learning of cheers, we got into groups of 3s and the had to be ppl of different schools. So i got into group with DAYNER and SALIDIN (psps, dunno how to spell their names :x) and we're suppose to get to know each other and yea, thanks to my INCREDIBLE memory, i got to rmb all of them! :D Then we had to merge groups and in the end we ended up w 12 ppl!

So, in this group of 12s, we had to nominate one person for a few positions before electing. Wahsehh, we sabo-ed Paulina as our Ms VIKING lahh! :D (ohwell, she's th prettiest aft all :x) boohoos, too bad tht Genesis didnt got to be our MR VIKING ): (who call him so shy and kip saying XD!) So, the thing ended very late, like 1.30pm or so? *.*

Hees, then we went back to our own apartment and we gathered around the "dining table" and chatted because we're not tired. The Student Leader (SL) attached to our apartment came. She came & we enthusiastically said hello to her :D She's a nice person and she's called Hasilyn! :D Felt so bad leaving her to sleep alone in the living room lohh, so we wanted to sleep w her, but she dun want :S We also got to ask her why NgeeAnn so rich then she said cos every $1 earned by ngee ann city, 80cents are being donated to them!! GAWDS!

Then we went back to our rooms and tried to sleep. Then i asked huiying if she wears *beeeeeppppp* to sleep and she said yes! OMGGGG, then we went arnd asking ppl, some believe will get cancer but some don't. :x But seriously, dun wear too much!

Yiting & Nana came over to our room to gosssipppppp. Very fun lohhh! The more we chat, the more energetic we are. Heeees. Yiting said a lot of things that we don't know. Then we ask nana personal stuffs & so on. Then both nana and yiting kept disturbing my leg! :/ Finally, at about 3am then we slept. So we had our aircon on to 24degrees and slept. I tried not to use the STINKY blanket, but in th end i still used it 'cos I was practically shivering like shit! even covering till my head didn't help! ): brrrrrr. and i heard Huiying's nose talking! :x *insiders' joke!* :D

DAY TWO,I woke up at 0624am, finding yanyan and huiying looking at me :x heeee, they say tht my alarm clock rang a few times but i seriously didnt hear it! So i went to bathe before going down to hv our breakfast. It's nasi lemak and i didnt eat :x so i had to watch them eat lohhh.

Then we walked back to Ngee Ann after the meal. We went to the theatrette for the workshop. WOOOHOOOOS, Candice is still as hyper and enthu even tho its in th morning. She gave out more points(: butbut, got one time she took back our points and gave it double to other tribes. ): booohoooos, but ohwell, we had alot of interactive games and Candice shared her travellling story, and it was so touching tht i cried! :x heeeeeeeeelllllllll, I'm NOT tired at all! :D

We had KFC for lunch. It consisted of 2 piece chicken, whipped potato & 2 popcorn chicken.(: and we had our lunch cheer before eating. I didnt ate th skin(: After lunch, the workshop continues, yet, its still as exciting lohhh.

Next activity, we got into our school as th principal requested us to help think of ways to attract Sec1s. For Swiss, we got into 4 groups, due to our large number, to discuss about a leadership camp for Sec 1 2009. Our group consist of mostly CO people, other than Jolie(: So all of us went to OurSpace@72 for the discussion. And tht place is damn class lahhh! I love it! :D So we had our discussions, then suddenly i heard CF saying jieren's name, so i looked up. Then saw CF pointing at jieren to Candice so i pointed to him too.Then Candice walked towards our direction and she grabbed up face and say "where got alike?" RAWRR! STUPID CHANGFENG! >:( Then all of them were like lafing and Candice was like staring at me :x So we took a picture together :D
AND, SHE KISSED ME! OMGGGGGGGGG.
welll, on my cheeks tht is. O.O i was too shocked and she ran off before stopping and take a quick look then ran off again. :) GAWDS, she's damn drama lahhh! CUTE! :D

Then, it's time for all th group to present. Luckily we didn't present due to lack of time in the end and i almost fell alslp when listening to CF's group. :S Halfway through the discussion, we went back to tribe and had coffeebean cakes for tea. It's really delicious. Furthermore, they are PRETTY & CUTE! gawds, i wanna eat ALLLLL of them! >:D

After discussion, Vikings went to a room in OurSpace and we got to learn and practised our cheers. Damn high can?! all of us cheered like siaoooo and jumped! Zul's our leader so he lead us alonggg(: Next, we had to come out with an idea of skit+cheer. We proposed the idea of the XD clap and sabotaged Genesis. XD clap is really cute!(: esp when you tilt eur head while doing it! omgggggg~! Then yiting came up with a great idea tooo! HOOORAYYYYYS. Lastly, we then took a tribe photo in the room with a V sign. V FOR VIKINGS(: and we did a THANKYOU clap for the photographerrrr :D

Went to some place whereby the sweet SLs prepared a HALOWEEN DINNER for us! GAWDS, they are so RAWKKKS!!! Anyway, the name of the dinner is The Night Of The Living Dead. Then me and ahyan went to toilet and met Fc they all and they were lafing at my voice ): cos my voice were actually hoarse due to the screaming. It was so bad tht i almost could not speak ): Then we had our dinner but i only ate on fishball as the meefen is SPICY and i could not eat it due to my voice ): so had to go hungry.

Ohwell, then suddenly, the SLs ran out and performed by dressing up like zombies/vampires/living dead etc.
I LOVE THEM!!!! :D They were like so cooollll?! Despite my voice, i still kept screaming!(: Hahaha. Then we also had the MR&MS pageants. *ahems* and NANA got to pair up! OMG, they were like so "loving"? heeeee! SCANDALICIOUS! and they had to do alot of couple poses, and you should see it man, *ahems* were like so zu dong?! ohmy, alll of us really loved them but guess what man? they didnt win! damnit, instead it was another nott-tht-nice pair who got it ): booohooooos! oh welll, at least we had alotalot of fun!

We went back to theLoft@94 and some of us (yanyan, sinyee, yanying, huiying and me) walked up the stairs again!(: Then thr's also another SL sharing our rooms to accompany Hasilyn. Her name is Sarah and she's really pretty but didnt tok to her as we very scared. So huiying got to bathe first then i was supposedly gonna bathe second but in the end last as yiting nidda check *ahemmmmsss*(: well, tot will be late, but due to my ultra fast speed, we still got plentiful time on our hands and my hair dried in less than 10mins! :D

We went down to the tribe rom again and there's ICECREAM for supper(: So we shared about our tots and feelings for this camp. Then its my turn and i dunno wht to say so i just crapped :x but well, at least they clapped :] Everybody loves this camp and the SLs told us tht that they hope that VIKINGS♥ will win as no VIKINGS won before. ): After sharing, we got to discussed what we are going to do for day 3 finale so Zul & the female leader as well as janise led the discussion.(: Everything turned out nicely and we practised HARD. So we are able to sleep earlier but before tht we had to key in all of our contacts for them ! :D

We went back to our apartment again and we slept w/ further ado and this time, we are smart and adjust th aircon till 28degree! :D

DAY THREE,I woke up at 545am as soon as my alarm clock rang but went back to sleep until 6am. Then i woke up softly as all of them are still fast alslp so i bathed and came out at 624am. By then we shld hv alrdy woke up but all of them are still fast alslp den i just went bk to slp.(: Then i woke yiting up for her to bathe and another SL from other grp came in to wake out SLs up! :x so by then i alrdy woken everybdy up and they washed up while i pack my bags(:

Then, we went down for breakfast and today we're having ROTI PRATA! Yuummmmmmy! :D ROTIPRATA is ♥s!!! :D haha. It's nice! But i didn't noe how to eat and genling, (MR.VIKING) actually taught me how. heee, THANKS! its damn nice lahhh! and i accidentally kickked Zul's teh tarik, luckily it didnt spilled but i dented th cup, so i exchanged with him. heeheeee, so much energy today! ohyea, my voice's back!!!!

Then yanyan, sinyee, huiying and me went back to apartment to get our green ribbon which identify us as th VIKINGS. We went down and think of new ways to wear th ribbon :x Then we set off to NgeeAnn Polytechnic while singing o our way thr.

The first item was Outdoor so we went to the field near entrance and had to play games. The sun is HOT! D: VIKINGS♥ was being split up into two groups, the same as treasure hunt de. so we played and had alot of points! and we cheered for one another lahh! damn cooollll!

For this outdoor activity VIKINGS♥ cheered louder than any other groups lahh! It so damn COOL! It really made me feel that we are ONE. (: Then they announced our points and guess wht?! WE'RE TH HIGHEST! gawds, unbelievable but true! >:D den all of the SLs cheered for us and we sang our way back to the theatrette.

We went back to some areas outside the threatrette to practise for the finale. We gathered the Cenvitans together and the SLs taught us th alliance cheer! Its so damn nice! We practised for dunno how long lohhhh, tho its tiring but at the same time, we had lots of fun! *whooots* We practised until lunch time and we had JAPANESE food for our lunch.(: But i only ate th rice as I dun eat th meat nor octopus. Then, Janise came over to join us as she wanted to tell us about the SL cheer.(: Haha.

After meal, we continue practising hard for the finale. While the SLs were not around, we practised the cheer for SL. Haha. IT'S NICE OKAYYY?! So we continued practicing and i realised smth! I DON'T KNOW HOW TO SHAKE MY BUTTT! >:(

so i actually got Dayner to teach me man, butbut i really didn't get it ): summore the cheer got lots of shaking of buttts! booohooo, but ohwell, we still played hard. Went into theatrette, & sat back at the same seats whereby yiting sit beside nana, nana sit beside huiying, huiying sit beside me and i sat beside yanying. We cheered loudly and my throat hurts but still, i continue (:

FINALLYYYY! its our turn to perform! SLs told us to enjoy ourself instead of just concentrating on winning. I'm scared, seriously. Butbut I really put in my best cos i'm standing behind, so no stage fright. summore Genesis and Sylvester were in front of me, so can block me. oh well, i shhakkeeeeee like dunno shit and screamed thru out lahh! IT SO NICE! omggg. and we did th SL cheer for them and they were so touched! :D gawds and they rushed up to hug us!!!! :D and i'm squashed :x

We did more cheers and watched the powerpoint slides prepared by SLs. Then, the results were announced. The winner is YLA!!!!(:

VIKINGS got the COOLEST GROUP! :Dyea, babyyy! Ohyeah, we're indeed COOL. We broke up into tribes for our SLs to give farewell speech and so on. We got a badge from them, as well as a horny vikings photo, ♥s. Other than that, we got a certificate for completing the training! {: A lot people cried, i teared alittlle. Many of the SLs cried and Davis was one of them! D: (awwwwwwwwww, dun cryyyy!) so we hugged each other and signed on each others' cards before leaving offf.

It's raining outside, so we got umbrella from the school and walk back to theLoft.(: We packed up, took a few photos with the orange wall w yanyan's pic. Then when we are about to leave, our SL came back. We decided to take a few photos with her. [: then we had th last group hug! )':

Went off after two photos and Yanyan and huiying can't squeeze into th lift since its full, so they took the next lift. Then we assembled at the waiting area thr as we wanted to do th last cheer. Then realised tht alot of ppl had alrdy left ): Then in th end, we left w/ doing any cheer lohh ): booohooos. And sinyee fell down ): then we helped her up and went up to th bus. We said th last goodbyes to our deardear SLs and we promised to have a VIKINGS outing again! :D

we sang our cheers and then rested cos everyone was fast alslp. and guess wht?! GENESIS SAID THT HE LOVES YANYAN! :D omggggg, sooo nice! hees. :D then we reached th station and me and yanyan waited for th nxt train. before taxi-ed home.

went home and had bathed before sleeping at 8pm! :D yippeee yae yae, yipeeee yippeeee yaeeeee! and i dreamt of VIKINGS! and, Centuriens' leader are also called HELMET! :D he's HOT!

and i'll seriously consider Ngee Ann Poly as i want to be an Ambassador thr! cos i want to have smth extra in me tooo! :D
