th greatest disappointment is not because of my results or whatsoevr.
th greatest disappointment is to see smth, smth which meant so much to you, getting critisized so publicly.
and tht thng is smth which you've tried so hard to protect it.
smth which is sosososo impt to you.
mayb, just mayb, eur wun uds it.
but, cun all of eur uds how hurt we will be?
can eur uds th feeling of getting rejected and hated even tho you have put in so much effort and all eur tym to try to get all of you motivated?
i noe, maybe we're not such a good snr as compared to our snrs before.
th fun, joy, laughters and their LOVE for co is so strong.
so strong till tht we can feel it for ourselves.
and i'm sorry tht we cun do th best they had did for us.

fridays are th MOSTMOST impt for sec ones, cos fridays we will go thru all th basics and basics are impt. VERY impt.
so i dun see why anyone of us can sit dwn thr and tok and play when we are suppose to be attentive to all th thngs th person standing on th platform has said?
can we at least show her some bit of respect?
fridays are suppose to be for sec1s and sec1s SHOULD be VERY APPRECIATIVE abt it.
cos its th only tym dey can get to play wif th other instruments and sound like a WHOLE orchestra.
summore, its like a mini step before proceeding to th FULL ORCHESTRA.
if we cun even show a bit of respect, a bit of enthusiasm then forget about th whole thng.

i'm sure evryone wants to get th BEST out of it.
but before getting th BEST out of it, we also nidda put in our best effort.
th more you put into chineseorchestra, th more you will get out of it.

maybe we shld just selfreflect and look upon our own behaviour.
we are th oldest, we shld set GOOD example.

BUT, its still th basics, and who can say proudly tht he/she hv conquered their basics PERFECTLY?
no one, evrybdy will learn smth frm it.
evrytym you play it, its a different kind of feelings altogether.
so. why are we complaining?
we hv NO RIGHTS to complain, since we ourselves ain't perfect.
at least, we shld guide our jnrs along?
and by having sectionals before th JO, you shld be glad.
BE GLAD instead of complaining and slacking thr.
cos sectionals are th tym whr you can ask eur snrs all eur doubts, improve and polish up eur skills.
i dun see why ppl still can say tht its BORING or waste of tym.
sectionals help you to be prepared to play th songs for JO.
and i'm sure, if you dun practise well in sectionals, you kip slacking, you wun learn anth.
at least show sum respect to eur snrs teaching you.
and make use of th tym wisely. rather than slacking, you can use tht tym to learn a new song perhaps?

why dun you at least hv a good talk wif eur snrs?
at least, you will let dem noe tht smth is not right here, and we nid to solve th problem before progressing.

all of dem are a good bunch of ppl who did their fullest to make you feel like a FAMILY, make you feel comfortable to settle in.
